In detail: Electrode production based on wet coating and dry process In the widely used conventional process, industrial battery electrode production relies on wet chemical coating. In this process, the so-called slurry – consisting of the active materials, additives, and a solvent – is applied to the respective substrate film (aluminum or copper).
Solutions for the battery industry include electrode production equipment in various processes, including primer coating for optimizing the contact between electrode and electrode arrester (aluminum or copper foil) and lines for separator foil coating. Production lines for battery wrapping applications complete the portfolio.
We provide not only standard production line components, but also the entire production line, from unwinder to winder, based on the properties of the material handled by each customer and their request. An electrode stacking device is used to manufacture electrodes of secondary batteries.
Certified under ISO 9001 and ISO/TS 16949 specifications, Targray coated electrode materials are engineered to deliver outstanding cycle life, superior energy density and high power capacity. AOT Battery technology can provide many other battery lab materials for your choice. The sodium-ion battery mainly includes five parts: positive electrode material, negative electrode material, electrolyte, current collector and separator.
Lithium-ion secondary battery is produced through the following key manufacturing process. Yokogawa provides the equipments and solutions that support various battery manufacturing processes. At the positive electrode, active material, conductive auxiliary agent, binder, and organic solvent are mixed to make a slurry for the positive electrode.
